NEW Notice Regarding Admission — Capt. Williamson Memorial Govt. College, Baghmara: CUET candidates allotted seats must complete admission formalities and pay the Admission Fee of ₹3,600/- in cash at the College Office on 10th August 2026, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Non-CUET candidates must appear for the admission process on 11th August 2026, bringing the MCAP Registration Form, 2 passport-size photos, and original + Xerox copies of certificates/marksheets; selected candidates pay the same ₹3,600/- fee in cash on the same day. Spot Admission against remaining/vacant seats will be held on 13th August 2026, open to both CUET and Non-CUET candidates, subject to seat availability and eligibility (candidates not yet registered on MCAP must register beforehand). IMPORTANT CUET/NON-CUET Admission: All CUET applicants who have not yet been allotted a seat will be informed by the respective institutes regarding the subsequent CUET admission rounds. The remaining NON-CUET admission rounds will also be conducted by the respective institutes, and applicants will be informed accordingly.

IMPORTANT CUET Admission: All CUET applicants who have been allotted seats are required to complete the admission payment by 08/08/2026 11 pm to confirm their admission. Applicants are advised to complete the payment at the earliest and no later than the stipulated deadline. Failure to make the payment within the deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.

IMPORTANT First Round Admission: CWSSU Affiliated Colleges: Applicants provisionally allotted seats in the First Round for Patharkhmah Model Degree College, College of Science and Commerce, Mawphlang, and Rongjeng Model Degree College, which are affiliated with Captain Williamson Sangma State University (CWSSU), are advised to complete the admission payment on or before Monday (03/08/2026). Failure to make the payment within the stipulated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat.

IMPORTANT First Round Admission Through CUET: Due to technical issues encountered during the payment process, the payment deadline for applicants provisionally allotted seats in the First Round of CUET admissions has been extended until 01/08/2026. All concerned applicants are advised to complete the payment at the earliest and no later than the extended deadline to confirm their admission. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated period will result in the automatic cancellation of the provisionally allotted seat.

NEW First Round Admission Through CUET: The First Round for admission through CUET has been completed, and seats have been provisionally allotted to eligible applicants. Allotted applicants must pay the admission fee between 24/07/2026 and 27/07/2026. Failure to make the payment within the stipulated period will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat, which will then be offered to eligible applicants in the next round of merit allotment.

NEW Slide-Up Option: Applicants opting for the Slide-Up process must pay a ₹1,000 Slide-Up Fee. If a higher-preference seat is allotted and accepted in a subsequent round, the ₹1,000 Slide-Up Fee will be adjusted against the admission fee. If no higher-preference seat is allotted, the applicant will retain the current allotted seat and must pay the remaining admission fee within the prescribed timeline to confirm admission.

NEW Admission Fee Mismatch: Due to a technical issue, some applicants may have paid an incorrect admission fee. Applicants who have paid either more or less than the required admission fee are advised to contact their respective institute after joining classes for verification and further processing.

NEW Important Notice: 21/07/2026: As 20/07/2026 was a holiday for the institutes, the application verification process is still in progress. The list of provisionally selected candidates will be generated and published on the portal once all institutes complete the verification process. After the merit list is published, applicants will be given 3 days to complete the admission/payment process. Applicants are advised to regularly check the portal for further updates.

NEW Important Notice: Capt. Williamson Memorial Govt. College, Baghmara will conduct the Non-CUET Entrance Test for FYUP (NEP) B.A. 1st Semester (2026 27) on 22nd July 2026, 11:00 AM 12:00 Noon. Candidates must bring their Registration Form and original documents for verification.View Notice
